Why do we feel tired, worn out, lost and disconnected?
Could it be to do with our heart centre?
We have a Heart chakra or energy centre associated with our physical heart and the Thymus gland of the Endocrine System which plays a role in our immune system.
The Heart centre is located around the heart in the centre of the chest.
It is represented by the colour green and/or pink
It is associated with love, forgiveness and compassion
Imbalances in this energy centre lead to lack of love, loneliness and isolation.
What closes the heart centre? Hurt and Fear
Hurt causes the heart to close
In early childhood if we are criticised or judged too harshly
Fear of abandonment, rejection, disappointed or being ignored
What opens the heart?
Kindness, compassion, love particularly self love and self care
What can we do?
Focus on the heart using breathing exercise, imagine breathing in and out through the heart.
