Treating Trapped Nerves - Upper Extremity
In this live, hybrid CMT seminar recording, Aubrey describes the common tissue dysfunctions that can lead to tethering of the major upper extremity nerves. This series details the areas where the nerve branches can become sensitised and how to treat these tissues and then restore nerve glide! This is often the key element in alleviating long-standing pain conditions such as Carpal tunnel, tennis and Golfers elbow.
